Book Launch With Italian Pizazz
On Saturday, November 8, I celebrated the book launch of my newly published novel, Daughter of Mine, with family, friends and booklovers. The evening was a wonderful success as over 100 people, including children, mingled to the sound of Italian folk music, savoured homemade cookies and other delicious refreshments, and watched the slide show of Italy.
I was touched by all the well wishes, the beautiful bouquets of flowers and the gifts that I received as the guests waited patiently in line to receive their personal copy of my novel, some having traveled far to be there.
It was a memorable evening with 95 books sold!

Yes it was a very delightful and emotional event. The occasion truly got everybody talking about their dreams. That night, I found myself surrounded by an incredible garden of blossoming ideas, visions and laughter! Congratulations again!
