- Exploring Creative Writing Techniques (8 weeks)
Monday evenings 7:00 - 9:00 pm from April 12 to June 7

This workshop is for writers who want to explore the following
topics in greater depth:
- dialogue,
- point of view and narrative,
- characterization,
- how to avoid common manuscript errors
- how to edit your writing
- subtlety in writing
- How to Start Writing a Book (8 weeks)
Tuesday mornings 9:00 - 11:00 am from April 13 to June 8
Cost: $65 material included
This workshop is for writers who desire to write a fiction novel. We will cover:
- The 5 stages of getting to a finished book
- How to effectively build and format a story outline
- Developing the most important quality a writer needs to succeed
- The importance of quality feedback and constructive criticism
- The evolution of a story: beginning, middle and end
- Revision and editing
- Writing exercises for inspiration and learning
